Frontal Lobe Dementia Will Social Security Disability Give My Husband A Hard Time?

Will Social Security Disability give my husband a hard time? - frontal lobe dementia

He was diagnosed with peak disease (dementia of the frontal lobe), bipolar disorder and impulse control by the VA Med Ctr Department of Mental Health have put in a nursing home a month ago. He can not fend for themselves, a rational decision, or sometimes even move ... (The brain can not communicate with the central nervous system, sometimes)
I put all the papers 2 weeks ago and they said he needed now if the VA medical records and care. I'm so stressed out and I am devastated I can not see until it is resolved. I lost the love of my life at age 60.

Take a deep breath and relax. They are stressed because their relative is in trouble, but it is an election year, still with a bureaucracy that much easier. I helped many a former Marine (the hardest to help people find it hard to admit, it hurts) to cut red tape in order to obtain VA benefits. To the records of the man, Dale, you can access by the disabled of America, a group of disabled veterans themselves, the other veterans injured or ill to help volunteer to help, but may be surprised pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the VA office . If you do not have a VA office, then obtain a 800-pound telephone number in most of the main branch of your state and you can help by phone, telling them how to obtain a copy of his military record. You may only have a DD-214 along with a copy of your discharge, but military records, on the one hand, is useful. Here is the advantage of an election year: All politicians make a choice, he says wants to go right by his constituents and veterans dofor older and disabled people. Everything you need to do is pick up the phone and call, Republican or Democrat (I find the Democrats more on the citizens in general) and ask them for help to pass the obstruction. This speeds up the process in general. No matter what, once adopted, the dollar goes back to the date of the first application submitted, you will lose nothing by waiting for the exception to the calm that comes from knowing that everything is accurate, too.

If I helped homeless veterans on their benefits, I enjoyed by the DAV, because the old tried to help them feel relaxed in all types of people with disabilities and military history. I went into the office when the VA has been slow on my wish of my own obstruction of Congress, and within a week and a half, the military suddenly "found" my lost files (which I cover with a double line of an error #) But the military said they had "lost" my statements, so that the Congress office Gephardt said that the dossier of the claim by theirFICE, and voila, I have) a disability within one month (after a long battle so far. Good luck with that. There may be moments of clarity for her husband to take in the meaning of your love in his life and his love for you, then a heart. I wish him all the best.

Sorry for the anguish they are facing. Sometimes God puts us through trials and tribulations to test our faith. But one thing is certain: the SS have all the documents on which it is known before the decision, and then consider that they still reject the application. If they do, you find a lawyer who specializes in disability cases.
Keep the faith and not give up.
God bless you.

First, I am very sad about the disability of her husband. I know that this can have an impact on a woman. My husband died of lung cancer at the age of 50

Social Security Disability checks the medical records are from her husband and nursing homes and VA probably the most important part of your file. You are not here to deny disability to those who really need, but a lengthy process before the start of services in.

My nephew had no trouble SSD for his heart condition because it has a good story, she had supported. However, I know a woman who is expecting his death, be approved.

I suggest you keep everything you copies of the mail, and send it to the Office of the SS about the "Certified E-Mail - recognition. If you do not have coverage (hard to imagine, but I'm not an expert on this) , then you need a lawyer who specializes in SSD denial of the rent. You can not make money if they win their case, and a very limited, if not win the case. BinderBinder is one of those firms.

Please note there is light at the end of the tunnel. You and your husband are in my thoughts and prayers. Please take good care of yourself. It is easy to forget!
