Art censorship - middle school - advice? - art censorship

My brother has been assigned to a variety of art by famous artists, composing a copy of the report and work of each artist on each side. My brother is a student of eighth, and one of its sides, by Salvador DalĂ, he did make a mistake, but a great place to paste a copy of Mrs. Dali, sitting on a chair, reveals the chest. With regard to the censorship law, this copy of a famous painting that is not pornography, but a classic work of art. I think she is not assignment statements. However, the design was covered with duct tape, and we received a letter from the art teacher ask indecent and obscene. How likely are new to this, since it has to fight the teachers 'art' not learned not to condemn a child to masterpieces. I think it is wrong! Any legal advice? GenresThe advice?

Individual freedoms, often in the background the interests of the majority. Examples are the cases of the Supreme Court of the United States Quarles against New York and New Jersey v. TLO
